Terrible loud music plays all the time. The staff are helpful and friendly but the quality of shoes is not great. Overpriced for poor quality.

Very Poor Customer Service from The Cashier

Catastrophic customer experience! after paying, I realize that there is an offer for the second pair at 1 €. I ask to benefit from it, the seller answers me "too late, you paid" with a disdainful air! I then ask to be reimbursed, again, I am refused! in the end, the seller replied that I only had to read the display in the shop! and all this with enormous contempt!

Very disappointed with the quality of the shoes. I bought, after a test in store, a pair of moccasins. After having walked for ten minutes, I started to have pain in my right foot, then I decided to come back to change my shoes because I was getting worse and worse. By inspecting the moccasins with a rule I quickly understand the reason for my pain: the two feet are the same size, but the part that covers the top of the right foot is sewn / glued much tighter than the other! 2 cm and it really makes all the difference. 50 € a pair of such poorly made plastic shoes is ridiculous.
