Bocage

Please note, this is not a review of this particular shop but a review of brand of shoe in general. I purchased a pair of boots at this store in November while in Paris on holiday. Less then one month later the sole had come away and I was left with no possibility of repair or exchange as I live in Central Asia. I contacted customer support and they did offer to cover the cost of repair which was great but then went on to blame me for the damage to shoes suggesting that the shoes were only suitable for the city. For the record, I live in a city. I have never heard of a company blaming a customer for a faulty/poorly made product. Think twice before buying this brand of boots.

Great shoe brand with fantastic styles for ladies and men. Lovely, helpful staff at this store, despite being busy whenever I was in there.

The staff at this store are lovely! My visit was particularly pleasant. I bought a very nice pair of boots, which are also more comfortable. The saleswoman explained to me how to properly care for the shoes so that they last with use. Thank you Bocage

I wanted to buy "French" but I am very disappointed with the Bocage quality. Maybe I was unlucky ...
