Wish I could give this place more than 5 stars - an absolutely wonderful experience. My boyfriend and I ventured in during our walk through Marais. Immediately we were kindly greeted by Virginie. Virginie was extremely helpful with picking out items and helping me find the perfect size (I’m 4’11” and petite so it can be a challenge). Virginie even had an item delivered from a neighboring store (within 20 minutes) since they didn’t have my size available at their location! The most memorable part of the entire experience (and yes it truly was an “experience”) was stepping out of the dressing room and being transformed by Ahmad. Within seconds my drab pony tail was styled into a chic/tousled braided updo... seriously?!! My outfit was carefully and quickly tied together with a velvet blazer, studded belt and killer leather boots. It was a whirlwind. Ahmad is a creative genius. You can tell he loves his career and just wants people to have fun and feel amazing ... which he accomplished effortlessly. To top it off - when we arrived home my boyfriend found a small tear in one of his shirts, we went back to exchange it (zero trouble). They did not have another in the same size ... once again within 20 minutes it was delivered from a neighboring store. Thank you Virginie and Ahmad for an amazing experience. Can’t wait to return during our next trip to Paris! Cheers!

This is THE BEST The kooples boutique in Paris, with the BEST sellers! The shop has a lot of pieces, we only want to buy everything haha. The staff are just lovely, very helpful, attentive and we laugh every time. I go back there every time, and I am always so happy.

Products of very poor quality. I bought two silk and cotton shirts that tear in several places after a year because the fabric is too thin and fragile. Refusal to make any credit, refund or exchange if the product is not from the current collection ... A shame given the price of items (about 200 € the shirt). To strongly advise against

Beautiful, very chic store with lots of mirror effects. Well placed in a lively and trendy area of ​​Paris. Young and dynamic team very efficient and kind. We are well received ☺
