M.Moustache - Échoppe Marais

I bought 2 pairs at this store. One sneakers and one summer style that I liked very much. I decide to wear summer ones immediately and what a surprise; after 10 mins walk back to my flat I couldn’t walk anymore...one shoes literally killed back of my left foot. At this point we had to take a taxi back. It hurst for the following 4 days. Went back to the store and was told to bring the pair back. We went in today and surprisedly I was told since I wear them company policy does not allowed exchange! What a joke. How can you realized if they fit properly without trying them for few minutes? Now I saw on different review that they have “4” months return policy? I mean what a lack of communication! I definitely will not recommend this store; they are many in the Marrais with better choice and customer service. Do not waste your money there unless you will accept unexpected “surprises”!

Best shoes best sales young staff. Great selection for cafe racer bikes. One of the staff is a biker who knows what you need for the type of bike you ride. Wish them success for their first outlet

I bought a pair of René sneakers a month ago, I wear them three times a week and the inside at the heel already shows a huge hole on each foot. I am very disappointed, I had bought a similar pair a few years ago, at the start of the brand, the lining was leather, much stronger, now it is a simple poor quality fabric. It is not normal for sneakers to deteriorate like this after a month. I am enclosing my first René of very good quality and the last ones (red) totally damaged after a month.
