Terrible customer service. One bottle of champagne arrived completely broken and most of it had been removed with some cards of glass remaining. No response after contacting them via email, in store and online. We would have been customers who came back to buy much more but with this level of service and without delivering what had been ordered will never buy there again.

Convenient but: -Always lacking the same products such as coke, fruit juice, cakes etc ... strange ... - odious staff, especially the one who most resembles a "manager" but who is in fact a scum. The team was very good at the opening, shame about having changed.

Convenient and inexpensive compared to the competition. On the other hand, the choice is limited and the products are often at the limit of DLC. So I don't go there anymore.

Simple. Quick. Effective. What more could you ask for if not a little more sympathy from those who manage?

Awful staff, who did not hesitate to threaten me to send my package back earlier than expected, simply for wanting to withdraw it with the copy of my identity document. I will pass on the lack of politeness towards customers. Absolutely to be avoided.
