A great place to jump back into the past, connecting to the sagely men whom spent much time here, including the Rebbe of Lubavitch. A small, inviting, clean synagogue.

During his stay in Paris (1933-1939), the Lubavitcher Rebbe prayed and gathered here from time to time. The area was a Jewish area at the time, and today there are few kosher stores left, but mainly a tourist area. The Rebbe said here some of his most famous writings regarding Chanukah and more. For those interested in arriving here from the airport: Line ror b to shatlat and replace the Metro No. 1 to Saint Paul station near the synagogue. The building is locked and we have to wait for the neighbor of Yiftach, the synagogue on the second floor, and you should check with a friend from Paris the code for the synagogue.
