Clean and accessible place for people with reduced mobility. Staff listening and serving citizens. Whenever I needed to call them on the phone, I always had someone answer. Never queue to be done on site at the times when I go. Too bad they will close this practical and essential office in December 2020.

The opening hours are not the same as those of the Internet. I had to go back and forth to solve a two-minute problem 🤔🤔🤔

Unfortunately the staff is very unfriendly!

Good center rather small, but very secure. On the other hand the schedules are not terrible, especially the Tuesday and the Thursday where one must come the morning before 12 pm, not to have a bad surprise. Some councilors are nice, but unfortunately they are very poorly informed about the demands of the public.

Fast and organized service. Clear explanations, patience and listening. Only downside is that there is no one who answers the phone on the old number 01 ... and the new one I have not tried! thank you for your warm welcome
