Coming for a simple haircut and brushing I had an appointment at 2 p.m. to 3:08 p.m., still no one to take care of me, pregnant and installed on a super uncomfortable chair after more than an hour of stomach pain I preferred to go to in the end I did not even get the services requested. There is no point in making an inadmissible appointment !!! Unheard of and yet I know the brand very well which is not used to this kind of process.

I highly recommend the hairdresser named Laeticia who understands the client's wishes and who with a simple square transforms it into a work of hair! Well done I will come back

very disappointed with the service, hairdresser who was not attached to this salon I made her see what I wanted, as she tapered my hair and thickened it she said don't worry if i should it's just a disaster I feel like I no longer have hair they are flat without any volume I know this channel well going to Paris or to the Meaux shopping center "passing customer was marked on my ticket" that's never again in this show i think i would have no answer it's a shame I could have been a loyal customer

5 months that I had not set foot at the hairdresser. And after these 2 months of confinement, it was more than time ... 😏 I am completely satisfied with my cut, very good performance, very professional hairdresser. I came out exactly with the cut I wanted. The same as in the photo 👍👍👍 Taking appointments online is also very practical 🙂👍👍👍 The security measures put in place against the covid are reassuring: mandatory mask for everyone, disinfectant gel offered at entry and exit, disposable gown for each customer, separation at the level of the shampoo tubs, spaced customers. Everything is really well thought out 🙂👍👍👍 I highly recommend this show and wish the whole team a good continuation 🙂
