And there it goes in all directions "ah but uh ... but .." in the end the manager arrives and says "no madam, it is for 1 man the care" In short, I went to the salon. I had them on the phone I made an appointment on the site with the same name and they made me hit 30km for nothing? Yes yes for nothing at all. Of course I tell him all this. At no time did you tell me it was for a man. It's not even written anywhere on my ticket. In short, they were filled with bad times. After that it's true ... I have long hair. But in these cases we do not offer care! In short ... the "les seasons de meaux" center is aware of this and told me to go back and request treatment or to contact the Franck Provost head office. N being the type to make scandals ... I do not recommend this salon at all

I arrived for a gradient, so I asked the price at the reception: 39 € even on medium length hair because there is no color etc, very good. very professional hairdresser, and satisfied with my cut, nothing to say about that! However, disappointed with the way to sell the complementary products to inflate the average basket! Indeed, the hairdresser asked me if I wanted to do a treatment, I said no, she then asked me to put on a detangler (without announcing a price). We go to the cut, and she shows me two products, a shampoo + a treatment, which she puts right in front of me, tells me their benefit, while cutting my hair etc. Note that they do this to all customers because I noticed it while the shampoo was done. I find it a pity that in a hairdressing salon, the hairdressers are more "saleswoman" than "hairdresser" I did not take any products, arrived at the checkout, she announces 55 €. If my calculations are correct there would therefore be € 16 for having applied a detangler. I would have known the price, I would have said no. It is still abused.
