How to say, 00000 star. No one answers, if we are lucky enough to have a person, ouhhhlala it's not his job to answer our question. Everyone has their job, we understand why France is going crazy

More than 3 months that I wait for a refund, I am told that it takes 2 months and that they have no control over direct deposit. So I have to wait for MY money which is taken hostage while waiting. Nobody answers, the only numbers that work are the surcharges and I am too far to move to the center now. 1 week deadline for replying to an email. It is a shame in 2020 in the era where everyone has a phone in their hand not to adapt!
