Super really top agency. Lots of availability and most importantly, they answer the phone quickly, which is not the case with all rental agencies. Need a 20m3 I called at 9am and at 10am I was in the vehicle. Super nice team. Well done gentlemen!

Vehicle reservation via internet ok. The day before I contacted Europcar to make sure that the agency is open, they assure me that it is. I go to the agency this morning at 8:00 a.m. ... after 45 minutes of waiting in front of the gate, I end up having someone in customer service who informs me that the agency has been closed since the containment deduction !! But online reservations are not blocked !! Bravo Europcar and thank you for this manifest incompetence which made me waste my time and which leaves me on foot !!! 🤬

We were stranded with our vehicle in Meaux, I went to the agency but unfortunately they didn't have cars available. After leaving the desolate agency after a 15-minute walk, I heard a car ringing, it was the europcar guys who had come looking for me to offer me a vehicle that had been freed. Thank you very much, you are exemplary people and professionals.

To really avoid !!!! we booked a 9 seater 6 months ago, to leave on April 26, 2019, a week of departure on Friday, April 19 exactly, we receive an email telling us that our reservation is canceled without any explanation, so we asked the agency finds a solution, and nothing has been proposed to us and of course the manager did not even bother to remind us, one of the employees even made us understand that our reservation was not quite expensive in view of the period, so distrust ... I do not recommend this rental.
