I booked a 20 m3 utility with hatchback more than a month ago and 3 days before my move it tells me that it will not be available ... We are talking to professionals for guarantees and unfortunately we are let down at the last moment !! I used to reserve cars with Hertz during my holidays or my weekends but now it's over !!
