Professional, the manager knows his job as a repairer. He has identified the cause of the failure and the vehicle is moving again. Small concern at the start: no official written quote. It was necessary to find the breakdown to make an estimate of the costs which remained correct. If too high, we would not have repaired because the car is more than 15 years old.
