No problem when I get my new ID. However, when it's time to pick it up ... I arrive Thursday at 9am, I wait ... I wait ... I wait ... "when I call it automatically hangs up after 30 seconds. So I call the main town hall. The switchboard operator conducts this little investigation very nicely. She comes back to me and tells me that the civil status department is in a meeting so it won't open before 10:15 am !! How can we leave people without information ?! There were 3 of us waiting on the sidewalk. No word on the door, nothing! In addition to not updating the information on the passport.ant.gouv. It's a lot ! In short, deplorable !! *

Everything went very well for my little boy's first identity card application! On the other hand this morning at 9 am, the annex town hall was closed.
