Hello, I think I have the necessary perspective to give a concrete opinion. Since the "move" of the C.E (and I think a restructuring which was in great need of it), I had a new adviser in the person of Mr Saggiolo. To explain my opinion clearly, the difference is obvious. The old gap (s) of the Valentine's CE generated wrong for both parties (information not clear or precise, making an appointment almost impossible whether physical or telephone, counselor who changed all the time and therefore no follow-up, etc. ..), today I am happy to have seen a different side. I speak in favor of what I know, so my advisor Mr Saggiolo. He is first of all pleasant, clear and concise in his explanations, he is really of a precious help in your steps (for my part I had the case of a "litigation" due to a bad management of my account due to the old negative points mentioned above), it is therefore an element of resolution. He is involved and finds the time to be available in your efforts, moreover he is really reachable, and even if you do not manage to have him on your first call do not worry he will contact you at the latest the next day ! :) So I / we can see a real evolution of this C.E which attracts all my sympathy and therefore the desire to stay there.
