Appelé pour une urgence suite à une fuite sur un ballon, visite dans la matinée, détection de la panne... mais proposition de réparation sous une semaine. Quand on se déplace pour une urgence, on dépanne en urgence, pas juste pour facturer une " detection de panne". Un autre a fait le boulot en 24h!!!

Client since July 2000 Lack of professionalism, no gps to find my address (they probably go there instinctively), 4 interventions for 1 sweeping and the change of an ordered part but not the right reference therefore recommended this same piece, I had to lend my tools for forgetting the worker, do not warn for intervention, forced to leave work and that twice! No cleaning done after intervention Lack of friendliness of management, no commercial gesture !! I do not recommend using this company!
