CATASTROPHIC !!! Think carefully before you engage with these people! Active transaction is anything but active! Let me explain: A notice of a deposited apartment and a visit of the inventory of fixtures which made it possible to certify the impeccable condition of my completely renovated apartment before my departure! The agency took months and months to send me my inventory, with the inability to cancel my home insurance for me. The worst ???!!!!! An apartment deposit recovered in full months after the legal deadline when the apartment was re-let upon my departure (and before I get my inventory) Will you tell me that this could be an isolated incident? I continue ... A few months later, I give notice of a box that I rented to them, completely independent of this apartment. Notice at the beginning of June, inventory visit during the week, again flawless. No document was given to me! The box was re-let before I could get any proof that I had returned it! I succeeded, after literally harassing them to get my inventory at the end of August. I was finally able to terminate my insurance with advisers scandalized by the delays of this real estate agency in sending me this document (1 small page!) A change of address reported by email, phone and physically repeatedly and never any change made months after reporting. A physical interview with the head of the agency who apologizes for his "hiccups" and agrees to pay me within 48 hours. We are more than three weeks after this interview and I still have not got my box deposit back. Ladies and gentlemen, know where you are going because we are not the only ones ... The search for the good always goes well, but the start .........

As part of a rental, I benefited from the services of this agency and more specifically of Valérie Marguerite who was in charge of my file. She was very professional, responsive, available and very friendly, which didn't hurt. The assembly of the file was carried out with speed.
