Agency to flee! I have never seen so little professionalism and honesty for a real estate agency. It takes 3 months to have your entry inventory and all the necessary documents. In case of problem, it is impossible to contact them except by e-mail. The agency fees are clearly not commensurate with the services provided.

We know that with the current period, confidence in the real estate market is not in good shape despite everything, fortunately there are agencies like this one! NO !! Archi NIL !! This rental agency is surviving and will very probably end up failing at this rate ... No file follow-up, does not call back, does not take care of anything, but really nothing! Entrusting your rental management to ORPI SOGEST MEAUX is a pure and true waste of time! TO FLEE !!

Very bad real estate agency. Go elsewhere. I rarely have so little professionalism

TO FLEE ! I was a tenant in this agency for almost 2 years. They are incompetent. They were very emable until the signing of the lease. My accommodation was unsanitary: humidity and therefore mold, the owner acted as it was our fault, as well as the agency, and gave us all the more crazy excuses than the others: too much heating then no assai, the same goes for ventilation, old building, pollution from cars coming up through the vents ... After several emails and a pre-inventory where we were assured that our security deposit would normally be returned to us, but afterwards we after the inventory of fixtures, we are told that nothing will be returned to us on the € 500 paid. We are accused of damage that had never been shown during the inventory of fixtures. In addition the staff as well as the "boss" are incompetent, not to be rude. We still have a sum of 16 € which should have been returned to us and which we are still waiting (6 months), but which we will probably never receive.
