Today, we came with my mother and my little sister to buy her clothes for back to school, the housekeeper was disinfecting the changing rooms and so we waited for her to finish her work in order to get into the changing rooms, we were told when it is dry we can go back in, so we waited and the person gave us the green light to go in. An employee who is red-haired told us that we were not allowed in, that we had to wait because she had not disinfected the curtains in the changing rooms and that a maximum of 5 clothes per customer is required for the fittings, except that NOTHING was indicated, in any case this information appears, so if you want customers to respect your rules, you should at least have a sign appearing with all the rules, instead of attacking your customers who come just to buy, the red-haired saleswoman allowed herself to tell us “we weren't happy to welcome you” is that the way we treat customers? it might be necessary to plan another recruiting session because to have sales assistants like that in your store is a shame and it is unacceptable! The saleswoman tells us if you are not happy, you leave, she almost kicks us out on the pretext that we had not respected the safety rules related to covid-19, but nothing was indicated and we were given the green light. Home 0, staff 0, to flee !!!!

I mainly go to the Douy-la-Ramée store for accessories and scarves, I love their style and it's not too expensive. Even if you come for odds and ends, the welcome remains impeccable. We go to checkout quickly, it's efficient and fast!
