Truly perfect institute care, the person who took care of me answered all my questions, and gave me a lot of advice. Upon entering you are greeted with a big smile by a hostess, which is really nice.

Lamentable. To be avoided at all costs. Yves Rochers products are good quality for a good value for money, but the customer manager of the Yves Rochers store in Evry is a real rubbish. Lack of total professionalism, contempt for customers, psychorigidity .... and so on .... Give priority to all the other Yves Rochers in France but avoid this one and especially the manager!

I was in service with Marie who put me at ease directly. Positive point: she really took the time to lift all the weights. Negative point: did not disinfect me before waxing and then did not use tweezers. 4 stars for the points listed but I will go back anyway for the customer service and the warm atmosphere of the institute

Rude saleswoman .. No hello or goodbye. We refuse that we smell the products before buying them and when I ask for a tester, I am told "there is none" .. First and last visit .. I will give you a good advertisement .. Review the basic rules of 'a Saleswoman advisor .. Customer reception is a priority I think

I am used to having my bikini line waxed, but not by you. The I move so oblige to look for another institute. I see that you are close to my home so decide to make an appointment.
