I only share here my opinion regarding the withdrawal of packages. No traffic in the store and I am told that my package is not there. I argue with email and parcel tracking to support it. After research, the package was there. So far nothing serious except the urge to look for a package. But the little thought at the end telling me I need to spell my name better offends me. Until proven otherwise, I know my name, it was misspelled in the relay by someone on the staff and I would have been fine without this kind of little spike. To flee for your parcels ...
