I was a little confused by this location. My parents rented a car here and the woman who handed over the keys was telling me they all have to work with English as all the documents, even on their computers, are in English (she even showed me) however when they came to drop the car off the man didn't speak a word of English so my parents needed me to come in and translate so I couldn't help but wonder if he was just being difficult or rude as I would image it's a requirement for their job based on what the previous employee had told me. That being said, if he wasn't required to speak English, that wouldn't be such a huge deal either all things considered. Aside from this, I didn't feel as though there was much attention to detail. They had prepaid to have a GPS in the car and after all was said and done they still had to go back inside and ask about the GPS as there wasn't one included in the vehicle and the one they grabbed from inside wasn't fantastic. The battery didn't hold a charge, it seemed rather old and outdated... and they did say at the end of the trip it wasn't great. Not a terrible experience just not as customer service based as some other locations we've used around the country.

I call to reserve a vehicle on a Friday at 4.30pm, the interlocutor cuts me off to tell me that they will close in 15min ..... end of the conversation, I could not reserve a vehicle for my weekend , I had to go to Carrefour to get one. Very bad reception, I do not recommend !!

TO FLEE !!! I rent a car for 4 days of vacation, the next day I find a note on my windshield a hernia on the tire risk of bursting I realize that we can already see it when I took a picture at the start. Exchange of the vehicle after 5 call from me. They send me to a closed agency. I made a complaint 3 months ago and still no response.

Great experience with a good car. I booked a compact and I had a 308 almost new in very good condition. I recommend this agency. Little waiting time and well served! I will come back.
