since covid 19 and during all the confinement I have sought to postpone my trip by boat, the government has been clear on this subject and that WE HAVE THE RIGHT BE A REFUND BE A BEING this agency refuses to give us reimbursement and to have and to change the date and invoice us for costs, we force to take risks ALL CONVERSATIONS ARE RECORDED AND WE HAVE TO SUBMIT COMPLAINT BECAUSE OF THE RACKET then the borders ARE CLOSE WE REQUIRE AN IMMEDIATE REFUND !!!!!!!!
