Carrefour Location

Frankly I had a bad experience in vehicle rental from an agency on Evry that I advise against in passing, here in Villabé, efficient, a little rushed but frankly top. The new vehicle, clean no worries. Young and friendly staff!

Carrefour after-sales service, which is in the same place, was closed at 6:40 p.m. while the time posted is 7:00 p.m. ... how can you waste your time making this unhealthy place hidden behind the store and where the parking lot doesn’t is not very "customer oriented". (At certain times, no space and at others you must have your truck license to maneuver).

Times to review and quickly! Opening at 10 a.m. with only 1 person managing the sales and rental vehicles is scandalous. I got the vehicle back with a 40 minute wait !!! Why not open at 9am? How is Ballancourt and Milly la Foret crossroads done? In short, for the same price of other carrefour locations, in Villabé, there are 2 hours less in 1 day !!!

Deplorable customer experience, impossible to reach by phone for information on timetables .. once arrived on site at 2:05 pm, shop closed from 2 to 3 pm, one hour to wait for reopening .. why not update these schedules on your site or Google listing? This would avoid this kind of mishap.
