Attractive prices but the deposit of 1500 € blocked for 1 month is really a negative point and to know before renting. 5 minutes late arrived at 7:10 pm and they no longer take the trucks after 7:05 pm knowing that they close at 7:30 pm. time is time and forced to come back the next day and drive 1 hour. Fortunately, there is no increase in the price. I recommend all the same because it was very useful to me. Clean and recent truck.

Unfortunately, I see that I am not the only one to have had an unpleasant experience with this Mafia rental company. I regret not having taken the trouble to read the reviews because that would have saved me a lot of inconvenience and especially having to leave a review on google. So to all the people who read me AVOID LECLERC CAR RENTAL FROM VIRY CHATILLON, I understand that the price is attractive but for the peace of your soul and especially your bank account it is better to pay a little more and gain peace of mind. Like some people I have just read the testimony of, I am accused of having scratched the lorry rented today (2 p.m.-5.30 p.m.) without any proof and above all an accusation made arbitrarily by a lady with a very unpleasant reception who owed my humble opinion change profession unless it is paid to bring false accusations without proof and especially to force customers to recognize with threats on a so-called judgment in court which would be in their favor because these are the photos taken at the delivery of the rental which is authentic? IS THAT SO? First news ..... it seemed to me that an inventory is used to compare the before and after? and above all how can we pass judgment without first taking the time to learn? where are the photos taken during the last discounts? The person who made me the inventory of fixtures at the recovery of the keys was not the same person at the handing over of the keys and above all I am accused on a part where no photo was taken neither by me nor by the reception agent? it's quite strange I think and the worst yet I took the photos of the so-called scratch and it looks aged and quite smooth after all .... the strangest still are the photos taken from their personal cell phone? who tells me that these photos are not deleted or even modified? and how do they manage to keep a history of all the inventory carried out by truck? how to judge their good faith if they put ours in difficulty as soon as they want? In the end, I don't intend to let it go and if we have to go to litigation I will. even if it means calling on Julien Courbet and all his team or even taking a lawyer and I will take the opportunity to file a complaint about this Mafia rental company and the unpleasant lady. Too bad we can't put 0 or -1000 ....

Detestable. Utility reserved online Monday for the next day, I am informed that there will be a deposit (normal) but no amount indicated. Good too bad, 1000 € on the account should be more than enough for a rental at 10 €. Arrived at the agency, I discover that the deposit is 1500 € !!! Naturally it does not pass, but instead of acknowledging the lack of information and making amends, the disdainful manager blames the fault on me: I should have had the amount on my account, regardless of whether this amount is indicated nowhere when booking online. Result, half a day lost, 2:30 lost on site trying to find a solution with the bank, and nothing is the fault of Leclerc, who even refuses to offer a rental day (10 €) for compensate for.

To flee absolutely! They are real scammers! (from the person at the reception to the manager). It is a host that a group like Leclerc accepts this kind of practice !!! They rent you at a low price but with a super high deductible. They cashed me a deductible of 1500 euros on stripes that were already present! All this without my consent ... Not to mention that the vehicle was already very damaged! (scratches, broken headlight etc ...) They are accomplices at all levels. Don't make the mistake of renting from them. I often rent vehicles for my work and I know what I'm talking about! I am in procedure at their customer service and the Mediator of associative and associated trade!
