This is a bad company to do business with. They have lots of merchandise that you don't need and a staff that is mal informed and give people the run around all the time. It took them two days (six hours total) to install four rims on my car and they didn't even balance the tires. I had to go to another garage to get the tires balanced. They are highly incompetent! One day I had a flat and they refused to repair my tire. I had to buy two tires before they would touch my car. I had no chose because I didn't live in the area and I need to get home. Carter Cash is bad news!

I love this store! Top quality price ratio! Nevertheless the staff leaves a lot to be desired ... we ask a mechanical question, we do not know the answer, we are not advised ... if we know what we want and we do not need advice I recommend

Long-time customer of this brand very dissatisfied. The Team changes, the policy changes too and the prices inflate. Could be due to containment. This in no way justifies the increase in the cost of the service rendered concerning the fitting of the tire. A good hearer!
