Really a bad experience: a poorly rated RV can happen. Breaking the windshield when replacing a rear quarter window can also happen and it's not that bad especially when the person apologizes and promises you a gesture of goodwill. But when the person in charge, 15 days later, explains to you that you are almost lucky that he changed the broken windshield by his teams and that the inconvenience of coming back a second time does not deserve the promised compensation, there is something to be disappointed with.

Effective to see over time if I have no problem with the windshield.

1 time, wait a bit long but hey ... put plexiglass in place and the gentleman kindly removed the broken glass from the floor of my car. 2 times, Long wait, set up my window and there is missing the cache linked to this command. 3 times, the window cover received, I go back to Carglass and always this wait ... 4 times, I realize that the cache in question is badly installed or rather, apparently, it would be defective. Annoyed by force! And suddenly, again this waiting to see this cache that is not suitable and then redo a new order for it. 5 times, Obviously "delighted" with all these back and forths, and those times when I had to wait a long time for little / for nothing !! And so it's not over yet, as a new window cover has to be ordered and I should return once again, hopefully the last time, to Carglass de Corbeil. Frankly, there is the management of the wait to be reviewed. I was already very annoyed with all this and in addition, I went for nothing to Norauto de Villabé who no longer had the vacuum cleaner offered. And therefore, I had to go to Grigny. In short, waste of time, loss of gasoline, really not appreciable !!
