When I requested a change to my retirement, my file was lost. No response on the Personal Space messaging or "copy / paste" responses that have nothing to do with the question asked. Finally I am classified as retired, a year late and without retroactive effect, for now I am there, trying to recover the difference on undue contribution. Still no response on the MGEN Personal Space mailbox. What is this Personal Space for?

A mutual more than incorrect, they began by taking me huge amounts and when I asked them for explanations they told me sorry but we had an administrative problem and suddenly we had to prelever every month that have not been paid , it would be my fault, since I had warned them before !! And some time later they allowed themselves to change my address for no reason as I had never made this request, so they sent and divulged all my information to someone else, and when I saw it they just did a letter of apology and recognize their mistake, CEST EVERYTHING, as it was nothing and even worse they put at least 2 months before changing the address, flee this mutual !!!!!!
