Very good products (wines, chocolates, canned fish, nougat, etc ...) and a very good welcome.

When the manager delivers a wrong package, and the fault is passed on to the customer because it has the same name as on another package ... that he is not even able to correctly check the consistency between the name / surname on the ID on the parcel delivered ... I call it not doing its job properly. And that as a merchant attacking the customer while the latter brings the package honestly so that it is returned to the right owner ... If the package relay offer that you offer does not suit you dear sir, stop the service. What is certain is that you lose a client ... but much more! Very contemptuous person, nothing commercial.
