Phone line always busy. When we need them they are not there. No communication between tenant and ADV Lousy customer service I do not recommend this agency.

Agency not serious, impossible to contact them if necessary No management at all. I do not recommend it. No guard in building, local trash can and the parking lot are dirty, dog pee in the elevator. The cleaning lady does not have any products to clean properly. Heating and hot water problem Cracks, molds, humidity found in various apartments in the building. No insulation, new buildings in Corbeil near the market Non-serious trustee does not take care of tenant problems. the rent and charges are high and increasing every year.
