We were only informed that there was no paint on the walls but only the underlay (to wash the walls ... mission impossible). We had asked if it was possible to do small improvement works, we were then informed that it was possible if the works were clean. We therefore proceeded to its improvements ... On leaving we were informed that we should have sought the advice of the owner and that we could have been compensated for the costs incurred. The agency did not give me any feedback to know if the owner was going to compensate us, the only answer I got was "no answer from us, consider it a no", given the poor management they show, I doubt the owner was consulted. Do not speak of the supporting documents requested I do not know how many times and which I have been waiting for more than a year ... (still not received to date) ah and I forgot! you have to follow what the agency takes from you at the risk of being the turkey of the farce. When the lease was terminated, the agency withheld almost € 200 in garbage tax which had already been paid! We were therefore able to be reimbursed thanks to our vigilance ... I am not talking about the delay in collecting rents in payment by check and the differences in bank withdrawals when we had the APL. In short to flee! Problems when entering the rental at Corbeil Essonnes. Broken shutters, clogged bathtub, mold, name never indicated on the intercom or apartment panel, no trash badge and faulty entry badge, code not communicated to access the residence. 2 years fighting for nothing. I sued them and we went to a conciliation commission. Bad faith, I had to get my owner's address to warn him. He was not aware of this and therefore initiated proceedings on his side. 0 stars !!!! Although rented in Vigneux where I had lots of worries. Nexity, like the owner, took almost a year to act following a leak in a bathroom and its consequences (wood rots, lino that swells etc). They covered a landlord who had no PNO insurance and I had to sue them at the conciliation department of 91 and at the Justice conciliators in Vigneux. I got so fed up with it that was the main reason I moved. Not serious as an agency, to flee and owner who leaves something to be desired.
