Following a call to my car assistance, I will collect a rental car from this agency while my vehicle is being repaired. Everything was fine until I was asked for a € 1 security deposit to collect the vehicle. I gladly agree to give my Boursorama bank card (without a raised number), in order to pay this security deposit. But surprise! Enterprise refuses cards that do not have embossed digits on the grounds that they do not support bank imprints. A call with Boursorama nevertheless confirmed that my bank card accepted bank imprints without any problem. The rental company nevertheless refused to take my credit card and therefore refused to provide me with the rental vehicle. So I didn't get my rental car, because of a poor euro! At a time when we can pay with our phones and watches, I still find it serious! I think we will have to think about changing your credit card policy! In case you didn't know, the embossed numbers alone do not differentiate a card that supports bank imprints from a card that does not.

Very good care, the renter came to get my wife at his workplace, a real service that I salute. On the spot small flat, "intimidation to the franchise". My wife paid via a "gold" card which, and dedicated to that, the ticket clerk will tell her that she would not pay the deductible and that she had to pay an additional € 24 per day to be covered. Not very cool this little "lie" that must be emphasized. Otherwise the car was compliant, recent and clean. No worries about the return, in short, good service. Come on, a little effort, try not to go into these "shortcomings" of the fear of openness by wanting to sell your additional services at all costs. A relaxed, comfortable and happy client is a returning client!

Pavement approaching because I will not be gentle with the sign and the staff. A young team takes care of the vehicle fleet and they pay more attention to their dresscode than to their capacity as salesperson or manager. In terms of reception, it's catastrophic. Not a smile (for those who obviously did not wear a mask 3 out of 4 in this period of health crisis), only the person who takes care of you says hello, a person calls you with their terms of the trade "the check of your papers was done "without saying hello and without a smile. If you have the misfortune to be young and typical (although the whole team is), you are led to believe that there is no vehicle available although the parking lot is packed. In an emergency, I absolutely needed a vehicle and when I was told a Toyota, I was surprised to have an unequipped Twingo (no GPS even though I am traveling and I need it for my job. ). I would say that it is discriminatory especially that one of their colleagues confirmed it to me (sixt Roissy agency). As much losing a client as losing his insurance contract with a "young typical". While I "check" the vehicle, scratches are present on all parts of the front and rear shock park. Although he had a photo that he did not take live, I took care to take some with date and time. It was then that I was told a deductible of 1500eu (for a twingo) and CB imprint. Know that my nights were disturbed at the idea that there is a scratch on the vehicle (parked on the public road). When I returned the vehicle (obviously the person who took care of me on the way there did not say hello to me), I allowed myself to remind them of everything I mentioned and finally I had a smile (obviously an embarrassed smile). To avoid absolutely !!!!
