Purchase of my vehicle there and maintenance of it. The staff are very friendly and professional. They keep the deadlines and the prices are very correct. In short, I am fully satisfied.

Disastrous experience today in the workshop ... Appointment made for an automatic transmission oil change and a change of front tires on Renault Talisman, estimate sent and prepaid on the site. As soon as it gets there, the amount of the estimate in my possession (on which they have no visibility on their side, very professional!) Does not seem realistic to my interlocutor, or even impossible, it is according to him necessarily a fault. A colleague arrives in reinforcement, I am entitled to remarks of the kind "I hope that the offer is still there I will buy 10 of them to resell them!", Or "holala at this price the I will change the 4 tires of my Audi! ", In short, it seems to amuse them ... not me. He informs me that he will see the workshop manager and that he will come back to me during the day, I indicate that I have prepaid the service via the site, so he takes me to check with a colleague in offices. According to her, there is no problem, "don't worry sir!". I therefore leave the vehicle so that it can already do the oil change while waiting for news for the tires (the price problem on the estimate only concerns the tires). It is then 10 am, the garage tries to contact me at 3:30 pm, I am not available, I in turn try without success for more than an hour, I will never manage to get them. Unable to remain without a vehicle the next day, I decide to go there to pick it up before the dealership closes, whatever they have done or not on it. When I arrived there was no longer anyone in the workshop, only a handful of salespeople accompanied by a manager greeted me without having the slightest idea of ​​who I was and what brought me. After having explained everything to the staff in place and 1/4 hour of research, they end up finding my keys, an invoice and my car. The tires have simply not been changed, and the oil change is more expensive than announced by telephone (400 € 6L of oil a filter and 1h30 of labor) ... in short, never again. PS: after research, 4 other surrounding brands offered 2 tires and assembly at the same price (160 €), at a low price, not so ridiculous as the estimate in the end, unless it is also a mistake!
