Rent A Car

I came to rent a vehicle at the Pontault agency for the first time and I can tell you that it will be the last! Haughty manager and who insisted that the vehicle should be cleaned for the return, even if I managed to return it in the same condition. Out of respect, I made the vehicle even cleaner on the return than at the start (namely that the interior preparation had not been done the day I picked up the vehicle; photo in support). I also put more fuel than at the start, I did not expect a discount from him but said to myself "Good for us, too bad for you", I find that could not be more disrespectful. All that to say that the so-called responsible does not reflect the image of Rent A Car.

Employees have a real concern with civility! Allow themselves to speak badly and make their own laws! Their trucks are systematically badly parked in the street and permanently obstruct traders as well as traffic !! To flee never rent to this agency or even entity !!

Indeed, I wanted to rent a vehicle in this agency and what I saw in its comment challenged me (the fact of having to wash the car inside and outside before returning it), so I asked the agency if that were true, apparently yes. In addition they tell me this as if it was obvious that the clients are doing their job, in a way that I find insolent. Of course I have not rented there and never in my whole life will I rent there. Thanks to the comments which saved me from a bad experience.
