undoubtedly due to a lack of time or staff, my external visit to the apartments in Rochefort en Terre went unheeded. Another agency was much more responsive!

At first very friendly we gave our full trust to the head of the agency Guy Hoquet which he abused. He asked us to continually review down the selling price of our property he had himself estimated, to end up on a selling price below the low range he had established and that without revising downward its commission, calculated on the price initially established when the mandate was signed. I found this approach deplorable and unprofessional. I do not recommend this agency.

Was very bad in the estimated price of sale of our house (-50,000 €). In addition does not respect the instructions on mailboxes (no advertising) and continues to invade the mailboxes of its advertisements.
