In addition there is a condescending person who receives you over the phone with great tunes to tell you that she has no time for you if not in a month ..... frankly run away and go your way you will find cheaper and more welcoming. Signed, a person disillusioned with your sales methods. And I put 1 because I cannot put 0.
TO RESPOND to this "charming" lady we have the funds without any need for a loan and accepted the offer at the price requested by the seller on the evening of our visit and validated by the seller the next morning with the appointment made in the wake. for signature notary and .... BIZARREMENT .... you came to see the sellers and the land escaped us for a SIMPLE RESERVATION while the offer was firm and irrevocable at the price.
PS: if the word pressure on the seller bothers you I can perhaps speak of an "arrangement" ..... so to conclude certainly disappointment and bitterness but more by the way you acted.
