The essential doctors of PCs.
I dropped my computer because it crashed after 15min of use. ADEMIS offer me to re install the windows software and make a backup so as not to lose anything, proposal that I accepted.
What a surprise when I saw that all my files had been deleted (my documents, my photos, video and films, music ....) 8 years of life completely erased (a no I have 20 photos left ...). And when I made my dissatisfaction, I was assured that the safeguard had been made, and that before a court I would lose (whereas I never made a threat like this, I asked to be reimbursed half of my bill because only half of the work had been done correctly). I can clearly say that the person I got on the phone insinuated that I was a liar and that none of what I said was true! I am very disappointed with the service!
