FOCACCIA Since it was not possible to order from you a very common FOCACCIA, I will tell you with what disarming simplicity you can prepare it !! Once prepared the common mixture of the soil of a very common pizza, place it on a baking tray or directly in the oven, spread it with oil and prick it with a fork TO AVOID THAT GONFI (otherwise my friend B. is impressed)! !! Now we are ready for the final touch: sprinkle the surface of our homemade focaccia with a pinch of coarse salt, rosemary leaves if you like and finally olive oil. We put everything in the oven at 220 degrees .... it already feels a nice smell, right ?? Oh .... refresher eh?

The reception was unpleasant, the pizza was too little cooked, bland to see disgusting ... I do not advise anyone to go there, already that it steals us with their astronomical price for a copious pizza but not very big, in addition it does not do it with smile!
