I had the pleasure of working with Massimo for 4 years within the Oxatis group. Today, we continue to collaborate together on his professional project, Italie chez Vous, of which he is the founder. I'm Italian, it's been a news that I tell all my friends how good Italian food is, so I decided to organize a dinner and I called on Massimo to show them the tastes Italians.
It was like being in a very good restaurant in Italy but at home.
I thank Massimo for relieving my lack of Italian food.
Great dinner, very friendly chef, excellent food. An explosion of flavors ... I and my guests were won over: a great experience and to be repeated. We even had the right to a small course in Italian! Super friendly. Well done Massimo!
