I put a star because I cannot put -5. I had an appointment at 7:30 p.m. to visit a property. We were at the meeting place at 7.15pm. When we got there there was a car parked with a person inside. I got out of my car to smoke a cigarette because my partner is pregnant. I took the opportunity to take a tour as we were ahead. At 7:32 pm the car parked next to us left. 10 minutes later, not seeing anyone arriving, I called the people from the agency. This is the head of the agency telling me he was there. I concluded it was the car parked earlier right next to us. He didn't bother to get out of his vehicle to come and check if we were the people he was expecting. Monsieur had apparently had a "big day" so he left at 7:32 pm. Or 2 minutes after the appointment time. We therefore traveled 25 minutes to have a bunny put down by a “professional” in too much of a hurry to get home. He made no apologies and when I asked him for a solution he just told me to call back to make a date. He had been gone for 10min maybe he could have turned around ..?
