1 star because I cannot put zero. Barely gracious saleswomen, perfume bought for my mother, when we open we realize that the sprayer is defective, perfume brought back to the store, the saleswoman insinuates that we are at fault and that we have tampered with the perfume. No refund is made, we end up with an unusable defective perfume. Shop to avoid, friendliness to review or change jobs!

Worst sales team in town! No customer reception, no hello, no smile, and obviously not available to provide information! Do you have to have a certain profile for a correct reception? Because the small, elderly, wealthy-looking ladies attracted more interest from saleswomen! No regrets to order online than to set foot there again.
