So it's true that they complain but they are human isn't it. I had an appointment at 10:30 a.m. and I only passed by 11:30 a.m. and dust. I confirm there is a lot of waiting, but I find that there is still a good organization. The rate is quite high but correct for the presentation given. Otherwise, Mister BILLOD is a very calm and kind ophthalmologist. He does his job, he is not there to make friends with his clients. Anyway, all that to say that I recommend it but on the other hand if you have an appointment that follows I advise you not to have one because of the delay that you might have at BILLOD.

Pre-consultation by the orthoptist: a pleasant young woman and teacher takes the necessary steps to test our child's eyesight, with great professionalism. Consultation by the ophthalmologist: - door wide open ... (what about privacy, confidentiality, medical confidentiality? - the consultation began with the prescription of glasses without even having auscultated our son. - communication is difficult and the explanations following our various questions were inconsistent and unsuitable. In short, for us, this practitioner only has an ophthalmologist by name.
