very dry dental assistant. To refuse to take me due to a delay of 15 minutes. I can understand that but there is a nicer way to say it, especially when we drive an hour to come and there were only problems on the road because it is not in my habit to arrive in delay. Very disappointed with the tone used upon my arrival despite an apology and refused to give me an appointment.
