1st visit to this practice (my dentist having retired having sent his files to this one). Good reception at the counter. Full waiting room and no chairs for everyone (waiting at reception). Little waiting and a "qualified assistant I think" comes to seek me. Good impression on the cleanliness of the place. I have come for a small piece of broken tooth (front) and am expecting a filling, + descaling which I need. 2 times, I recoil because the caregiver burns the inside of my gum ...... and I notice, on returning, "a nice swelling, which hurts me) inside the mouth! 117 € I am surprised by this amount (without having the details of what was done to me) ...... (it might be good to talk about it beforehand with the client) .... ... therefore, I am very mixed on this first reception in this firm.

Dentist and friendly staff, very good job done on crowning a front tooth. Dentist who enjoys a job well done ...
