Dr Michel Piffaut

I adore Drs Calvet and Piffaut. But I would like to say that they will lose patients because of the secretary who is so mean on the phone and the reception that I have rarely seen elsewhere. She humiliated me in front of patients for 15 minutes late while I often wait a very long time to see the doctor ... up to 1:15 a.m. once. and I didn't say anything ... she spoke to me very badly several times in the office and on the phone . I do not understand that the doctors keep her ... she completely damages the reputation of the practice. However, she knows the patients and is very sweet with some weird ones. I spoke to the doctor who told me and I quote "that they needed a guard dog at the reception .." .. admittedly I understand but be careful that she does not push the patients away.

A VERY VERY UNPLEASANT secretary AND DID NOT EVEN KNOW WHERE WE CAN FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR WHO TAKES PATIENT AGAIN. I REALLY WANTED TO REPORT IT. AT THESE TIMES, IT IS INADMISSIBLE TO BE SENT WALKED BY A SECRETARY WHO SAYS NOT TO HAVE THE TIME TO COMMUNICATE YOU A SOLUTION. SHAME ON YOU MRS SECRETARY
