Dishonest online sales before buying a used canon 15-85 online, i called them to find out what "good condition" meant. They told me that there is no problem on the lenses, everything works (stabilization, AF ...), but there are traces of use, just cosmetic, unlike the state "Like new". When I received the lens the barrel had a pronounced play on the bellows, so that while moving during the shooting, the front lens also moved. I contacted the seller, who told me "please it's not your problem, it is in good condition, the stab works, the AF too so there is no problem. Except that when the optical path is no longer good, we can not qualify as good condition, it is still the basis of a goal! It's like buying a car without an engine, and the seller says "yes but the air conditioning works!" But above all the problem in all of this is that Studio Onze never wanted to admit that it was a mistake, and to just tell me that it is my choice. At the time of purchase, a second model was in like-new condition, for around fifty euros more. In view of what he had told me on the phone, the difference had to be only cosmetic, and the price showed it (one at 350 € the other at 400 €). If on the phone he had told me that the "good condition" had a defect in the otic path because of a game of the barrel, I would have taken the one in summer like new! Therefore, not an honest seller, who refuses to admit an error on his part. Luckily, I received it quickly so I was able to send it back within 14 days of withdrawal, and get a refund (return costs charged to me ... great for an error on their part). In short, I do not recommend buying a second-hand product online.

I haven't visited the store, but I did order a used lens. Indeed it is a Sigma 120-400 DG HSM for sony. I am very proud of it, the order arrived quickly at a relay point, even the next day after dispatch ... The objective is as stated in the advertisement in very good condition, no dust or fungus and it is a pleasure !
