An attractive room at first glance, well equipped, well maintained and clean, but we know that we must not be fooled by appearances ... if the magnificent view of the motorway was the only fault ... At the single price of 69 euros per month, the services are disappointing. After membership, no coach is available, do not expect to have followed or advice. Self-training at a high price.
Already disappointed by these first points, the first confinement only confirmed the poor communication. The room closed its doors without informing its customers, however the monthly withdrawals have persisted. Total inability to join the room and no commercial gesture after reopening. Determined to terminate my subscription (which is without commitment after 6 months of membership) I respected the administrative formalism to terminate. However, the charges persist for a service that I have not benefited from for more than two months.
I advise against wasting your money and time in this structure.
