I strongly advise against this shop. I don't like to leave negative opinions but this time, the process is necessary. We bought our wedding rings in this shop. From the first visit rather poorly received. Then the engravings were wrong. A month after our wedding, my wedding ring was oval. The saleswoman received me in an inadmissible manner, accusing me of having "mistreated the jewelry". To finally "do me a favor and not make me pay the repair". After recovery, the alliance was cracked. A faulty workmanship is something that happens. It took them 15 days to return the jewelry to the supplier because "Madam, you understand, we don't have just you". When you sell a faulty piece of jewelry, the least thing is to have flawless customer service afterwards. Total, I have been married for 2 months, I have been waiting for my wedding ring for a month. Customer service and the friendliness of the sales staff leave more than to be desired. I advise you to turn to another jewelry store.

I love the carefour shop, very friendly, helpful sales assistants, lots of choice, good value for money. I recommend.

Service as bad as customer service directly in store. I bought a ring at the end of August which I brought back within 3 days because it was too big. I had to get my ring back in mid-September, having no news, I went to the store where I was made to understand that if I did not have a message, there was no point in coming. Arrived at the end of October, I contact the store to find out where they are, still no news .. I managed to have my ring in mid-December (which apparently arrived for a while, but I was not notified), I collect it to go take into account that the size has not been changed. Wait 3 months for a ring which is the same as at the start, I don't see the point. Very unfortunate but we will not return to this store because much too disappointed.

Incompetent and disagreeable saleswomen. We came to have a watch bought in this jewelry repaired. No interest in our request, they kept the watch for a week without taking care of it. When I called to find out if they could have looked at the repair, the saleswoman was particularly rude and said "no they forgot". We went to pick up the watch and the saleswoman present was not at all professional. We went to have the watch repaired elsewhere. I don't recommend this jewelry store, it's a shame to have such incompetent staff.

Deplorable sav. I had to bring back my wedding ring twice in 1 year But it's my fault I carry too heavy bags and they have to be removed for cleaning or shower or work ... After 2 and a half months of patience .. OK there was confinement but the ring was deposited at the end of September. .. Finally I get it back .. And when I don't get a smile, just a sentence wasn't tomorrow that you were to come while in the afternoon I had warned .. Excuse me for coming earlier to get my ring .. !!
