I chose Me Brigitte Demont-Hopgood for a Labor Counsel, I was quite disappointed with the follow-up: some of my questions remained unanswered, I had to systematically raise two to three times to obtain information, even to come to the office in person. In the end, I only met the lawyer twice: in the first interview then at the Prud'hommes itself. Ms. Hopgood told me several times on the phone that she would lose money with my case, I imagine that it did not motivate her too much to take care of my file. I still got my conciliation but I am quite disappointed with his advice in general. Too bad !

I was never answered on the phone this way ... I just called to have information on the process of buying real estate public auctions. The person who answered was aggressive, cut me off constantly and when she started to raise her voice, I hung up. I may have fallen on a bad day but a little reminder of the customer service definition would not hurt.
