Hello, I am very happy with the company and the welcome. But what is missing is a constant permanence on Sunday, thank you in advance.
I had to do a very competent and friendly plumber, hospitality also been up, my family has always been accustomed to this company and has never been disappointed.
Very disappointed .... Intervention started in February (change of pressure gauge and addition of a thermosiphon valve on a gas boiler) and 4 months after the repair is still not finished! In all honesty the technician is competent and very friendly, only at worst the company never orders replacement parts, at best it controls the bad ... The secretary (very nice) has apologized several times in me promising that it would settle, but after 4 months still nothing. I do not know why they are unable to order a 50 euro coin sold everywhere on the internet and at all the heating specialist but it is regrettable and we will address to another craftsman more serious. My only regret and trusting them for 4 months.
